At Visumind Creative, every project involves dedicated planning, creative work, and time allocation. Because of this, refunds are handled fairly and based on the stage of the project.

✦ Before Work Begins If a project is cancelled before any work has started, eligible payments may be refunded after deducting any transaction or administrative fees.

✦ After Work Has Started Once research, strategy, design, development, editing, or production work has begun, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.

✦ Milestone-Based Projects For milestone-based projects, payments already completed for approved or delivered milestones are non-refundable. Any remaining future milestones may be cancelled if both parties agree.

✦ Monthly Retainers Retainer fees cover reserved time, availability, and ongoing support. Payments already billed or completed are typically non-refundable.

✦ Project Cancellation Either party may end a project with written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date.

✦ Our Commitment If any issue arises during a project, we always aim to resolve it through communication, revisions, or an agreed solution before discussing cancellation or refunds.

We believe in building long-term relationships and always strive to deliver work that both sides feel confident about.
